Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Medpass (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to create an account and use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@medpassgh.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share, resell, or redistribute paid question content.
- Circumvent access controls or subscription limits.
- Use the Service to cheat in examinations.
- Attempt to copy, scrape, or harvest question content at scale.
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed via Paystack. Prices are quoted in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
6. Refund Policy
First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their initial payment by emailing hello@medpassgh.com. Subsequent renewals are not eligible for refunds, but you may cancel at any time to stop future charges.
7. Intellectual Property
All question content, explanations, and software are owned by Medpass or its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you beyond a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for personal study.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Medpass does not guarantee that the content is free of errors or that the Service will be uninterrupted. Question content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Ghanaian law, Medpass's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
