Getting started

How do I create an account?

Go to medpassgh.com/signup and enter your email and a password. You can start using Medpass immediately — no card required for the free tier.

What is included in the free plan?

The free plan gives you 20 practice questions per month across all topics. Explanations, spaced repetition, and the OSCE simulator require a paid subscription.

How do I start a practice session?

From your dashboard, click on any topic to start a session, or use the custom test builder to select topics, difficulty, and question count.

Subscriptions and billing

How do I subscribe?

Go to the Pricing page and choose a plan. Payment is processed by Paystack and you can pay with MTN Mobile Money, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money, Visa, or Mastercard.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from Account Settings before your next billing date and you will not be charged again. Your access continues until the end of the period you paid for.

Do you offer a student discount?

Yes — see our Student Discounts page for group pricing and referral credits. Study groups of 4 or more get a reduced rate.

I was charged but my account is still on the free plan. What do I do?

This occasionally happens if the payment confirmation was delayed. Contact us at hello@medpassgh.com with your payment reference and we will resolve it within 24 hours.

Questions and content

Which medical schools are covered?

Content is aligned to UG, KNUST, UCC, UHAS, and UDS curricula. Most questions are relevant across all five schools.

How do I report a wrong answer or error in a question?

On any question, click the flag icon to report an issue. Our medical review team reviews every report within 72 hours.

Can I suggest new questions or topics?

Yes. Use the feedback button (the speech bubble in the bottom right) or email hello@medpassgh.com with your suggestion.

Technical issues

The app is not loading. What should I do?

Try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, clear your browser cache or try a different browser. If you are on mobile, make sure your app is updated.

My progress was not saved. Can I recover it?

Your answers are saved to your account in real time. If you see missing progress, log out and back in. If the issue continues, contact us.

How do I reset my password?

Go to the login page and click "Forgot password". Enter your email and we will send you a reset link within a few minutes.
