What is the OSCE?

The exam that tests what you can actually do.

The Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) is the practical component of your MBCHB and MBBS finals. It tests clinical skills, communication, and reasoning that written papers cannot.

Students rotate through a series of timed stations, each assessed against a structured mark scheme. It is often the most feared part of finals — and the least practised.

Medpass breaks down every station type into scored steps so you can practise with the same structure your examiners use.
