Refund Policy

Summary: We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you are not satisfied. After 7 days, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

7-day satisfaction guarantee

If you subscribe to any paid plan and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your first payment. No questions asked.

To request a refund under this guarantee, email hello@medpassgh.com with the subject line “Refund request” and your registered email address. We process all refund requests within 3 business days.

Refunds after 7 days

After the 7-day window, refunds are not guaranteed but are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Circumstances we consider include:

  • You were charged in error (duplicate payment, technical fault)
  • You subscribed without intending to (unauthorised charge on your account)
  • A significant service outage prevented you from using Medpass for an extended period

We do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction after the 7-day window, partial use of the subscription period, or change of mind.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Account Settings. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the period you paid for. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

Cancellation is not the same as a refund. Cancelling stops future billing but does not refund the current period unless you are within the 7-day window.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the transaction:

  • Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo): 1 to 3 business days
  • Visa or Mastercard: 3 to 10 business days depending on your bank

This policy applies to all Medpass subscriptions purchased through medpassgh.com. Pass Ghana Limited reserves the right to update this policy. Any changes will be communicated by email and posted on this page.
