Account

Who is Medpass for?

Medical students at Ghanaian universities (UG, KNUST, UCC, UHAS, UDS) preparing for end-of-year papers, MBCHB/MBBS finals, and national licensing assessments. Also useful for Foreign Medical Graduates sitting OSCE-style assessments.

How do I create an account?

Click "Sign up free" anywhere on the site. You'll need a valid email address. No credit card is required for the free tier.

How is my data protected?

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (ISO 27001, SOC 2). Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Payment processing is handled entirely by Paystack — we never see your card or mobile money details. You can delete your account at any time from Account Settings.

Pricing

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. No lock-in. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. Your access continues until the end of the period you paid for.

What is your refund policy?

First-time subscribers can request a full refund within 7 days of their first payment. Email hello@medpassgh.com with your registered email address.

How do I pay?

Payments go through Paystack, which supports MTN Mobile Money, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money, Visa, and Mastercard. All payments are in GHS.

Is there a student or group discount?

Our base price is already set with Ghanaian students in mind at GHS 50/month. If your institution or student union is interested in a group licence, email hello@medpassgh.com.

Content

How is Medpass different from AMBOSS or UWorld?

Those platforms are built for the US or European market. They cost hundreds of dollars, cover the wrong curricula, and ignore Ghanaian clinical realities. Medpass is built specifically for Ghana — locally relevant cases, tropical medicine, MBCHB/MBBS-aligned topics at a price that makes sense in GHS.

What topics are covered?

Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pathology, Pharmacology, Microbiology, Medicine, Surgery, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Paediatrics, Community Health, and more. Head to the Topics page to browse the full catalogue.

Is the content original?

Yes. Every question is written by Ghanaian medical doctors and teachers, then reviewed by a medical editor for accuracy. We do not copy questions from other platforms.

Do you have past WACP or GCPS papers?

Not yet. Past papers are copyrighted and we won't reproduce them without permission. We have original questions aligned to the same topics and difficulty level, written by Ghanaian medical doctors and teachers.

Technical

Does it work offline?

Not yet — questions are fetched live. Offline support is on the roadmap. The site is mobile-optimised and loads fast on slow connections.

Will there be a mobile app?

Yes — a native iOS and Android app is planned. In the meantime, you can add the site to your home screen from your browser for an app-like experience.

What browsers are supported?

All modern browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge. Works on Android and iOS. For the best experience, keep your browser up to date.
